Man charged with 'causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity'

A man has been charged with two counts of causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity.

Police say the 37-year-old has been charged with the offences following a report to police in the Lurgan area on March 5.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "A 37 year old man has been charged with two counts of causing or inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity.

"He is due to appear at Lisburn Magistrates court this morning. As is usual procedure the charges will be reviewed by the PPS.

No further details have been released by PSNI at this stage.
