Man charged with breaking into cars in Naperville

Marcos DeNiro Aguirre

An Aurora man has been charged with burglarizing vehicles and a garage in the west suburbs.

Marcos DeNiro Aguirre, 20, was allegedly spotted breaking into cars about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday in the 4000 block of Chinaberry Lane in Naperville, near Danielle-Joy Peterson Elementary School, according to Naperville police. A caller provided police with a description of the suspects and their vehicle.

Later, officers located the suspects at a gas station in the 3000 block of Reflection Drive near 59th and 95th Streets, police said. The proceeds of burglaries to a garage and several vehicles were found inside their car.

Aguirre was arrested and charged with two felony counts of burglary and burglary to a motor vehicle, police said. Court information was not available.

A second suspect was arrested on an outstanding warrant, but not charged in connection to the burglaries, police said.
