A man has been charged in connection with the death of T2 Trainspotting actor Bradley Welsh.
The 48-year-old was shot as he walked down the stairs to his Edinburgh flat on April 17.
Police confirmed on Monday a 28-year-old man had been charged in connection with the actor's death - reports Mirror Online.
The unnamed man is due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court tomorrow - May 14.

A statement from police said: "He is also charged with the attempted murder of a 48-year-old man and the serious assault of a 22-year-old man in Pitcairn Grove on Wednesday March 13.
"Members of the public are thanked for their assistance with both of these investigations."

Mr Welsh, who leaves a partner and eight-year-old daughter, was a former Hibernian football club casual - a sub culture of fans defined by hooliganism and the wearing of designer clothing - who served time in jail for extortion.
In 2008 he appeared in Danny Dyer's Deadliest Men, a documentary series where the Football Factory star tours Britain meeting former gangsters.
In 1993, promising boxer Mr Welsh won the British ABA lightweight title.
Following his success in the ring, he devoted his time to charity work and training youngsters to keep them fit and off the streets.
Weeks before his death he told an interviewer while he was a reformed character his past was "always with him".
Mr Welsh played gangland boss Mr Doyle in T2 Trainspotting.
He won the role after director Danny Boyle visited his Holyrood Boxing Gym in the city.
Trainspotting author Irvine Welsh was a close friend of his and told how his "heart was broken" by his death.
