A man has been charged in connection with the murder of a man in a flat in Blantyre.
Police swarmed Camelon Crescent after the body of a 33-year-old man was found on Wednesday.
A 20-year-old has been charged in connection with his death.
He is due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Saturday, 3 April, 2021.
Detectives taped off the entrance to the block of flats as forensics probed the scene earlier this week.
Cops have reassured the public they believe it was an 'isolated incident'.
Detective Inspector Frank Travers, from the Major Investigations Team, said: “Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances and there will be a continued police presence in the area while our enquiries continue.
“I would like to thank members of the public for their patience and assistance.
"This appears to have been an isolated incident and anyone with concerns is asked to get in touch with officers.
