A man has been arrested in connection with an 'assault' on a Scots street.
The incident allegedly took place on John Finnie Street in Kilmarnock on Sunday August 29.
A 33-year-old man was taken to Crosshouse Hospital for treatment after being found 'injured'.
A 34-year-old man has since been charged and is due to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court at a later date.
Police Scotland have said a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
