A man has been charged amid reports of a person acting suspiciously in the Forth Valley area.
It comes after reports and local concerns from residents of the Dollar and Muckhart areas of Clackmannanshire.
Police Scotland officers carried out extensive enquiries after responding to calls on Saturday November 6 and Tuesday November 9.
A 33-year-old man has subsequently been arrested and charged in connection with the incidents across both dates.
He appeared at Alloa Sheriff Court from custody on Friday November 12.
Sergeant Alisdair Goldie said: "We'd like to thank the community for their assistance with this matter.
"We'd also appeal to any other members of the public who believed they may have witnessed suspicious behaviour or been followed by a man in the Dollar, Muckhart or Tillicoultry areas, to please contact police on 101."
