A man has been charged after policed seized cocaine, cannabis and MDMA worth over £15,000 following a raid in West Lothian.

At around 9am yesterday morning (14 August), officers from the West Lothian Pro-Active Crime Team carried out an intelligence-led search of an address in Nettlehill Drive, in the Uphall area.

Officers seized cocaine, cannabis and MDMA valued at over £15,000 and also removed a hydraulic press from the property.

A 34-year-old is due to appear in Livingston Sheriff Court today (15 August) charged under the Misuse of Drugs Act.

Detective Constable Josh Hurst from the PCT said: "This has been a significant drugs recovery that was made possible thanks to the vital information we received from the public.

"Our communities continue to make it clear that they will not tolerate drug dealing in their areas and whenever they provide us with intelligence, we will carry out enforcement activity like this."
