A man has been arrested and charged in connection with an alleged assault at a Rutherglen car park that left two men in hospital.
Emergency services rushed to The Braes bar on East Kilbride Road at around 10.40pm on Sunday.
Two men, aged 51 and 27, were taken to Hairmyres Hospital after the incident.
The pub was taped off to the public for large parts of Monday as police continued their investigations.
A 30-year-old is now due to appear in court after he was arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: “He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today, Tuesday, December 10.
“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
