A man has been arrested and charged after an attack at St Enoch Square in Glasgow city centre.
A 22-year-old man suffered 'non-life threatening' injuries last Tuesday.
Police this evening advised a 28-year-old man has been charged in connection with an assault.
A police statement read: "Police Scotland can confirm a 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an assault at St Enoch Square in Glasgow.
"The incident happened around 2.45pm on Tuesday, 23 June. A 22-year-old man suffered a non-life threatening injury during the incident.
"A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and the man is expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Tuesday, 30 June."
