Police have charged a man after an investigation into a bus crash that injured passengers near Canberra last year.
The 58-year-old driver will appear in court in April after police charged him over the incident.
Emergency services received reports at 8.15am on Friday, September 27 that a coach was involved in a single vehicle crash at Burley Griffin Way, Harden in south-west NSW.
The vehicle contained 28 people including the driver. Two passengers were airlifted to Canberra Hospital, and 25 were transferred to Murrumburrah-Harden District Hospital as a precaution.
An eight-year-old boy sustained a fractured leg and a 65-year-old woman suffered serious head injuries.
Following investigations, police charged the driver with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, two counts of negligent driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, and two counts of drive with misconduct and negligent driving.
The man will appear in Young Local Court on Tuesday April 21, 2020.
