A man has been arrested after colliding with an unmarked garda following a high speed pursuit in Co Meath.
The incident occurred at around 2pm on Wednesday after a car failed to stop for a gardai who were carrying out a patrol as part of Operation Thor in Navan Co Meath.
A chase ensued which ended when the vehicle stopped in a housing estate in the area.
During the pursuit the car collided with an unmarked garda car several times.

The driver, a male in his early 20s was arrested and was detained at Navan Garda Station.
No one was injured during the incident.
The man has since been charged in relation to this incident and bailed to appear before Trim District Court next month.
