The 21-year-old has been arrested and charged after allegedly jumping off the Tay Road Bridge on Friday and having a pal film it.

The incident has been branded an “idiotic stunt” by police who say those involved “could have been seriously hurt or worse.”

A Police Scotland statement said: “A 21 year-old-man has been charged after deliberately jumping off the Tay Road Bridge on Friday, March 19 in an idiotic stunt which his friend filmed.
