Man caught on CCTV stealing phone from dying woman after she collapsed on street

A man was caught on CCTV stealing a woman's phone as she lay dying on a street.

The St. Louis Police Department say initial investigations show the 64-year-old woman was out jogging when she collapsed.

She has been identified as Jacquelyn “Jackie” Olden, and is believed to have suffered a heart attack.

A man is seen in video footage hovering around and looking at her as she lies on the ground.

He then stole her phone as she lay dying in the street.

The man was then seen getting into a red van and driving away.

Emergency services rushed to the scene after receiving a call and took the woman to a hospital, where she was sadly pronounced dead.

Tributes have been paid to Jackie by the private school where she worked as a kitchen assistant until recently.
