Shocking footage shows a man brandishing a stick after being confronted by a furious local after he ignored the coronavirus lockdown to go camping in Wales.
The camper from Hull travelled 190 miles to North Wales before he was approached by a 60-year-old local.
The man then brandished a stick after he had been told to leave.
The video was posted on social media after the camper was confronted by a group of locals who asked him to leave the site at Llyn Cowlyd near Trefriw on Saturday, Hull Live reports.
Locals spotted two campers at the site, with one claiming to be from Hull, and asked them to leave after reminding them of the rules of the lockdown.
The Hull man reacted angrily, slipping on the grass as he rushed towards the 60-year-old dad before picking up a large stick and swinging it down towards his head.

He stopped inches away from hitting the man before walking back to his tent and tossing the stick to the ground.
The daughter of the 60-year-old in the footage told North Wales Live : "My dad was with the owner of the land and all they did was ask them to leave and said that the police were on their way.
"Then the man threatened to hit my dad in the head with the stick."
She added: "When the police arrived, the campers said they were from Hull. The officers were mortified.

"They were fined and they traced the number plate to make sure they returned home."
Her dad added: "It was unbelievable that they travelled all the way from Hull to the top of a mountain to camp when the whole country is on lockdown and the government clearly has instructed everyone to stay home unless necessary.
"They were asked to move the night before and were told they weren’t supposed to be there, but they decided to ignore that and the police had been informed.
"The police arrived the following morning and dealt with the situation."

The man's daughter also posted a follow-up tweet showing the mess she claimed the campers made before they were moved on by police.
The picture shows rubbish strewn across the site including bottles of Coke and water, tin foil, toilet roll and a burning fire.
She tweeted: “Also this is the mess they left on our neighbour's land. Absolute disgrace.
“The police did eventually arrive and dealt with the matter, him and his mate will hopefully think twice before leaving their house again.”

The video has had more than 150,000 views on Twitter and has been shared almost 4,000 times.
Many Twitter users commented on the video calling the man “a silly sod”, including people from Hull with one saying: “We don’t want him back, thanks.”
Another added: “Can I say. He does not represent my/our city. Please apologise to your father on behalf of the city of Kingston Upon Hull.”
The campers ignored Government advice to avoid temptation to visit the UK’s beauty spots during Easter.
North Wales Police tweeted on Friday: “For now North Wales is closed to visitors.
“Our tourist attractions, mountains, beaches, pubs, restaurants, caravan, holiday parks and campsites are all closed.”
