Man branded 'monster' for 'disgusting' act involving McDonald's chicken nuggets

When it comes to food, everyone has their own weird little quirks - whether it's dunking French fries into a milkshake or pouring water all over cereal instead of milk.

But when it comes to eating a McDonald's meal, we thought we'd seen it all. We didn't think things could get any weirder.

Turns out, we thought wrong.

One man has gone viral after revealing the bizarre way he likes to eat his chicken McNuggets - and it's fair to say people are horrified by what he has showed them.

Alongside his photo was a simple question, which has caused all hell to break loose.

He wrote: "Do y'all peel your nuggets?"

A closer look at the photo shows that inside the box the chicken has had the batter that once encased it completely removed.

Instead of looking like deep fried nuggets of joy, they look strangely naked and the batter now lies in a pile at the front of the box, in shredded little pieces.

The photo quickly went viral, being shared over 19,000 times and wracking up over 8,500 comments.

Many people were quick to let the guy know how much his method of eating disturbed them.

However not everyone was so disturbed by the snap, with some admitting that they also like to peel their nuggets.

"Hahaha naked nuggets da bomb," commented someone else.

"I would leave half the batter on," said a second, who wasn't opposed to the idea.

"I do the same thing," revealed a different user.
