AHMEDABAD: A 64-year-old astrologer from Naranpura approached police after his son allegedly assaulted him, his wife and daughter-in-law.
Yogesh Joshi said his younger son Manish, 35, often picks a fight with his daughter-in-law Maya over petty issues. “On Saturday night, Manish came home late and asked Maya to serve him food. She obliged but did not speak to him. He asked my wife Radha what had happened to Maya. She told him that she was upset because he frequently fought with her,” the FIR stated.
Manish began abusing his mother for taking his wife’s side. When she and the others objected to the abusive words, Manish beat up all of them. tnn
