A man from Old Swan has been banned from every Marks and Spencer shop in England and Wales.
Richard Waite, 38, was arrested for shoplifting in Southport town centre on Wednesday, July 8.
He was charged with the theft of £50 worth of goods from the Marks and Spencer’s store.

Waite received a £100 fine and has to pay £85 court costs plus £90 to victim services.
He was also issued with a community order that prevents him entering any M&S stores in England and Wales for 12 months.
