Man attacked in Bristol city centre - CCTV appeal

A man aged in his 20s was attacked in Bristol city centre.

Officers have now issued a CCTV image of a man they would like to track down following the assault on July 30.

The incident happened on Clare Street in Bristol city centre between 10pm and 10:30pm.

In a tweet today (Tuesday, November 22), Avon and Somerset Police said: "Do you recognise this man captured in CCTV footage?

"Police want to speak to him in connection with an assault on a man in his 20s on Clare Street, Bristol between 10pm and 11.30pm on 30 July this year.

"If you can help, please call 101 quoting reference 5221174226."
