A man is in police custody after a woman was found dead on the NSW south coast.
The woman's body was found on Friday by a family member after she could not be contacted.
Police and paramedics attended the scene, a home on Comerong Island Rd at Numbaa, near Nowra, around 11.20am.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 37-year-old man was arrested nearby a short time later.
He was arrested and taken to Nowra Police Station, and is assisting police officers with their inquiries. He is yet to be charged.
