A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder in North Yorkshire.
Police were called to Mayfield Grove, Harrogate, just after 10pm on Friday and found the suspect in the street, North Yorkshire Police said in a statement.
A 48-year-old man was found inside a nearby flat with serious injuries and was later pronounced dead at the scene by ambulance staff.

The suspect is being kept in police custody for questioning, the force said.
Witnesses who were in the Mayfield Grove area on Friday are asked to contact police.
