A man has been arrested after police received reports of shooting in the Rhondda.
On Tuesday afternoon, South Wales Police were alerted to a street in Treherbert following a report that a man was seen aiming and shooting a firearm into trees.
Minutes later officers arrested a man, 59, inside an address nearby Station Street on suspicion of firearms offences.
