A man has been arrested in connection with a series of incidents in West Belfast earlier this month.
The arrest is related to an investigation into disorder in Distillery Street on August 8.
PSNI posted the update in a Facebook post this evening.
The post read: "The District Support Team have made an arrest of a male for Attempted Murder and Riotous Behaviour in relation to the serious public order disturbances at Distillery Street on 8th August 2020.
"As well as the images already released there will be more in the near future and we ask that the indivuals in these images or anyone that can identify them contact police.
"If you have any information in relation to the disorder in Distillery Street on 8th August 2020 please contact police on 101 or alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
Police released the images earlier in the month.
Superintendent Melanie Jones said on August 12: "Today we are releasing six images of individuals that we would like to talk to in connection with our ongoing investigations into disorder during which 29 police officers were injured."
