A man was arrested after gardai seized over €50,000 worth of illegal drugs and a large sum of cash in north Dublin.
The arrest came following the search of a home as part of an operation into the sale and supply of controlled drugs in Finglas on Friday night.
A total of €57,000 worth of suspected cocaine and €8,450 in cash was found.
Gardai also seized a hydraulic press along with drug paraphernalia.
The man, aged in his 20s, was arrested and taken to Bridewell Garda Station where he was detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act 1996.
A garda spokesman said: "The search was conducted as part of an operation into the sale and supply of controlled drugs in the North Dublin region.
"The man has since been charged and will now appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice on 16th February 2021.
"Investigations ongoing."
