Police have made an arrest in connection with the murder of a dad two years after his body was found inside a burned out car.
Rafal Lyko was found dead at Greenhall Park, Blantryre in February 2019, just two days after he arrived in Scotland from his native Poland.
In a statement published on social media this morning, police said: "A 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the murder of Rafal Lyko in 2019.
"The man is due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Monday, May 9."
Rafal arrived at Edinburgh Airport on February 9, his remains were discovered inside the Mercedes motor on the 11th.
