Man arrested in connection with murder and kidnapping

A man wanted in connection with a murder and kidnapping has been arrested in Armagh.

Police say the 28-year-old from Slovakia, was arrested on Wednesday evening on foot of a European Arrest Warrant issued in Slovakia.

A PSNI spokesperson said: "The case is due to be heard at a sitting of the Belfast Recorders Court at 2pm today by video link."
