Man arrested in connection with incident which saw car shot at in village

A MAN has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident that took place in Glenboig.

Police have confirmed the 29-year-old male has been charged in relation to a firearm allegedly being discharged at a red Seat Leon car on the village's Marnoch Drive at around 4.04pm on November 21.

The arrested man is due to appear at Airdrie Sheriff Court today, December 3.
