A man has been arrested in connection with an alleged serious sexual assault in the Govanhill area of Glasgow.
Forensic investigators from Police Scotland were viewed at the scene last night following reports of the incident.
Officers have now confirmed that a 47-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident on Friday, March 20.
Police have confirmed that enquiries are ongoing.
A spokesperson from the force said: "A 47 year-old man has been arrested in connection with an alleged serious sexual assault that took place within a flat in Govanhill on Friday, 20 March, 2020.
"Police enquiries are continuing."
