Man arrested in connection to Rutherglen incident

A 37-year-old man was arrested in connection with an incident last Monday that left a man in hospital.

The 45-year-old sustained serious leg and hand injuries during the alleged attack on Greenhill Road.

More than a dozen police vehicles attended the incident outside the Ruglen Rolls corner shop.

A 37-year-old man was arrested on Monday and was due to appear at court.
