Police have arrested one of the two suspects in connection to the kidnapping of a mother and her one-year-old son outside a store in Tennessee, USA.
Following the incident - which happened at a Target in Memphis - Will Hayes, 25, was subsequently charged by cops on Tuesday.
He is being held accountable for two counts of aggravated robbery, two counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, and employment of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.
Another male suspect remains on the run, and has yet to be identified.
However, the suspects reportedly forced the mother and her child into their gold Chevrolet Malibu on August 31.
Shockingly, the pair then ordered the woman to drive to a nearby bank, and forced her to withdraw a substantial amount of money - $800 (£700) - from the ATM.
Upon doing so, they then forced the mum away from her child and made her sit in the front seat, next to one suspect, while another was in the back of the vehicle with the child as they drove back to the store, according to WREG-TV.
Once back at the Target, one suspect vanished with the cash, while the mother fled and immediately called for help.
On Tuesday, just before 10am, Memphis police spotted a gold vehicle on surveillance footage - which matched the description the mum gave.
Officers pulled the car without a license plate for a traffic stop and Hayes was taken into custody.
According to Action News 5, Hayes has previously been arrested for theft, vandalism and credit card fraud.
