A man has been arrested for being in possession of class A drugs in Hartcliffe on Saturday night.
Police arrested the man on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs at an address in Grove Road, Hartcliffe at around 8pm on Saturday (April 6).
The 33-year-old man was further arrested for assaulting an emergency worker by spitting.
At time of writing the man remained in police custody.

It comes as police said they were holding high profile patrols in the Hartcliffe area after a motorcyclist was killed on Friday night.
Police are investigating the cause of the death and a possible obstruction in the road at the time. A suspect has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
The patrols were to reassure the community, a police spokesman said.
