A man was arrested for drink-driving after a dramatic garda chase across Co Sligo.
The incident happened in the early hours of Sunday morning in Sligo town.
Officers in the local garda station saw a car driving erratically through the town on CCTV cameras.
Patrol cars were dispatched but the driver failed to stop when approached.
Gardai said the driver was then involved in "numerous" dangerous driving incidents before finally being stopped near the village of Grange, more than 15km away from Sligo town.
The man was arrested at the scene and found to be five times over the legal limit.
The driver also had no licence or insurance.
A garda spokesman said he was charged and is due to appear before the District Court.
