A man was arrested after gardai seized €1.4million worth of cocaine in Drogheda, Co Louth.
Officers stopped a vehicle on the Donore Road Industrial Estate in the town at around 12.35pm today.
Gardai then carried out a search where they found packages containing a total of 20kg worth of cocaine.
A man in his 30s was arrested at the scene and is currently being held Drogheda Garda Station.
The raid was carried out as part of an intelligence-led operation under Operation Stratus.
A garda spokesman added: "This operation is ongoing and there are no further details at this time."
