A man has been charged in connection with carrying a gun outside a Glasgow bar.
Police were called to reports of a man in possession of a firearm at Nico's Cafe Bar on Sauchiehall Street on Saturday night.
On Sunday officers confirmed that a 32-year-old man had been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday.
A spokesman from Police Scotland told the Record: "Around 6.35pm on Saturday, December 21, police were called following reports of a man in possession of a firearm on Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow.
"A firearm was recovered and a 32-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
"He is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, December 23."
The incident comes amid one of the busiest nights of the year for bars and clubs in the city during the last weekend before Christmas.
