Police were called to a public order incident this morning on Park Street after a disorderly man is said to have thrown a brick at the Tesco on Park Street and shouted at staff.
An eyewitness from the scene said: "Just had a chat with copper in costa, arrested one man, he threw a brick at Tesco on park street and has verbally abused staff members."
Officers were then in attendance at the scene to arrest the man in question.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "We were called at 11.54am to a public order incident in College Green.
"We’ve arrested a man in Park Street in connection with this incident."
