A man has been arrested following the sudden death of a woman at a house in Belfast.
Police were called to the Windermere Road area today (Sunday).
A man in his 60s has been arrested but police have not released any further details about the incident.
Detectives from the PSNI’s Serious Crime Branch are still in attendance.
A police statement states: "Detectives from the PSNI’s Serious Crime Branch are currently in attendance following a report of the sudden death of a woman at a house in the Windermere Road area of Belfast this evening (Sunday 16 August).
"One man in his 60s has been arrested and is currently assisting police with their enquiries.
"There are no further details at this stage."
