Officers found a cannabis farm after searching the property and arrested a man.
A large number of cannabis plants were seized, police have confirmed.
An investigation is currently ongoing.

Recently an undocumented migrant was jailed for tending a cannabis farm in Harehillls. The 25-year-old was jailed for a year after pleading guilty to the production of cannabis, which was being grown at the house on Bayswater Grove.
The man, who was smuggled into the country, was arrested after police raided the property on August 14.
Speaking earlier this month Robin Taylor, a Harehills resident said: "It's great to see police really working to eradicate this in the area - because we all know how much of a problem it is.
"Unfortunately, drugs are rife. If nothing is done about it, it's only going to get worse.
"No-one wants to see someone's life get thrown away, but if you're selling drugs, then you deserve to do the time which comes your way."
