A man has been arrested after a gun was found at a house in Tameside.
Police executed a search warrant at a property on Ash Tree Road in Hyde on Wednesday (September 15).
Following a search of the premises, officers found a shotgun alongside 16 cartridges.

A 23-year-old man has now been arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and ammunition.
He remains in custody for questioning.
A police spokesperson said: “A shotgun and 16 cartridges were recovered during a warrant at a house on Ash Tree Road, Hyde, Tameside, today (15 September 2021).
“A 23-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and ammunition, and remains in custody for questioning.”
