A man has been arrested after a 16-year-old girl was sexually assaulted at a London Underground station.
The teenager was attacked in central London on the afternoon of Wednesday July 8.
She boarded a bus toward Abbey Wood Tube station at around 12.40pm and noticed she was being followed by a man.
The individual continued to follow her on an Elizabeth line train to Tottenham Court Road.
Once at the station, the girl left the train and was approached by the man, who allegedly sexually assaulted her.
A man has now been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and bailed while enquiries continue.
