A man was arrested after gardai discovered a whopping €160,000 of illegal drugs in north Dublin.
The arrest came this afternoon following the search of a residence in Ballymun carried out by gardaí from the Ballymun Drugs Unit.
Some 9kgs of suspected cannabis herb was seized and will be sent for analysis.
A garda spokesman said: "A man has since been arrested in connection with the seizure and he is currently detained at Ballymun Garda Station under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.
"Investigations are ongoing."
