Man arrested after fatal Fife crash which left boy and baby injured

Police have arrested a man in connection with a fatal road crash on the A92 last year.

A 63-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision and boy, aged 12, and a baby aged one were rushed to the Victoria Hospital in Kirkcaldy.

The incident took place on September 12 last year on the A92 at around 9.55pm.

A police investigation was launched.

Cars were stationary on the road for hours after police attended the scene of the crash on the A92 (Fife Jammers)

Today, June 18, police confirmed the arrest of a 26-year-old man in connection to the incident.

A full report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and the man is expected to appear at Dunfermline Sheriff Court at a later date.
