A man has been arrested following an on-going incident in Dundee.
Police swooped on an address on Troon Avenue this afternoon, with officers since confirming an investigation has been launched.
Cops claim the incident is isolated and there is 'no threat' to the wider public.
The circumstances surrounding the incident are unknown at this time.
Officers remain on the scene as the probe continues.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers are currently at a property on Troon Avenue in Dundee as part of an ongoing enquiry.
"The incident is contained and there is no threat to the wider public.
"A man has been arrested in connection with the incident and officers are not looking for anyone else in connection.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
