A man was arrested in Calwell on Tuesday night after allegedly barricading himself in a toilet cubicle for at least three hours.
The 34-year-old man was then charged with multiple offences.
About 6.40pm on Tuesday, November 30, police received information that a stolen vehicle was driving erratically in the Tuggeranong area.

Police said the vehicle was located on a number of occasions, however it failed to stop for police and due to the manner of driving it could not be intercepted.
About 8.30pm, police allegedly located a man barricaded within a toilet cubicle at the rear of the Calwell shops.
He was engaged by specialist negotiators and surrendered about 11.30pm, police said.
After his arrest the man was charged with multiple offences including choking, forcible confinement, assault, possession of a knife and being equipped for theft.
He is expected to face the ACT Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
Police are still searching for a stolen blue 2019 VW Amarok 4WD utility (ACT registration YNI55C) associated with this incident.
