A man has been arrested following a drugs raid in Lanarkshire.
Officers seized cannabis plants with a street value of £250,000 at a property in Wishaw on Monday.
Acting on a tip-off, officers from Lanarkshire Proactive Crime Team, searched an address under warrant and arrested a 25-year-old man.
He was charged in connection with the recovery and was expected to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Tuesday.
Sergeant Gillian Willows from Police Scotland’s Serious and Organised Crime Unit said: “We are committed to targeting the illegal supply of drugs in our communities and any information we receive will be taken seriously and acted upon.
