A man armed with a gun is on the loose after an early-morning robbery.
The incident happened at Cornmarket in Co Dublin at around 5.20am this morning.
The man, who was carrying a hand gun, threatened security staff outside a financial institution and stole a cash box in the raid.
He then escaped on foot and remains at large. It is understood that staff were delivering cash to an ATM at the bank at the time of the incident.

Gardai confirmed no shots were fired and nobody was injured.
Officers are asking anyone who may have witnessed the robbery to come forward to aid their investigation.
A garda spokeswoman said: "No arrests have been made to date and enquiries are ongoing.
