A man was found armed with a hammer after police were called to a 'disturbance' in Manchester city centre.
Officers posted about the incident at the Shudehill Interchange in the early hours of this morning (Tuesday). Three men were arrested on suspicion of affray after police were called to the scene.
One was found in possession of a hammer. Police said an investigation into the incident is ongoing.

A post on the GMP City Centre Facebook page said: "Following reports of a disturbance at Shudehill Interchange, officers from #GMPTransportUnit and the City Centre Neighbourhood Team, have quickly attended and together detained 3 males for Affray.
"One of the males arrested was found in possession of a hammer. The investigation is ongoing."
