Two people have been arrested on suspicion of drug dealing in Merseyside.
Police have arrested a man and a woman after detectives, working on Project Medusa, searched them in Birkenhead yesterday, on June 8. The 27 year-old man and a 30 year-old woman, both from Liverpool, were taken into custody where they will be questioned on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs and possession of Criminal Property.
After the arrest, a search was also carried out a house in Kensington. A quantity of cash, suspected drugs and mobile phones were seized and taken away for forensic examination.
