A man and a woman were rushed to hospital and a road locked down following a two-vehicle near Falkirk last night.
Emergency services were called to the scene on the A803 between Polmont and the Lathalan roundabout at around 5.25 pm on Friday evening.
The road was closed in both directions to allow police and ambulance services to attend to those involved and remove the vehicles.
The pair were taken to a nearby hospital where they were treated for minor injuries.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 5.25pm on Friday (15 October) officers were called to a report of a two car road crash on the A803 between Polmont and the Lathalan roundabout.
“A man and a woman were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
"The road was closed to allow the vehicles to be uplifted.”
