A man and woman have been charged with burglary after several attempted break-ins were made on cars in the middle of the night.
Between 12am and 4am on Thursday, February 3, a Giant Stance black bike was stolen from a property in Newton-le-Willows and several other cars were targeted on Stephenson's Road and Catherine Way.
Following investigation, Merseyside Police confirmed that a man and a woman were charged in relation to the incidents.

31-year-old Laura Wood of Stephenson's Road, Newton-Le-Willows and 36-year-old James Towey of Weaver Grove, St Helens were charged with burglary, theft from a motor vehicle and vehicle inference.
Both have been remanded after appearing in court today (Thursday).
