A man and woman were arrested after police boxed in a suspected cloned BMW in south Manchester.
Undercover officers spotted the car on Stockport Road in Levenshulme last night (Thursday).
Police said they believed the car had been cloned.
The officers then boxed in the car as it stopped outside some shops.
The driver tried to ram the car out but failed, a post on the GMP Fallowfield and Levenshulme Facebook page said.
A man, aged 18, and a woman, aged 20, were both arrested on suspicion of burglary.
They both remain in custody to be quizzed by detectives.
