A man and a teenage boy have been charged with the murder of Farhad Khalili in Kingston.

Police were called to Surbiton Road following reports of a stabbing at just after 7pm on Wednesday, and found Mr Khalili, 32, from Richmond, with fatal stab wounds.

Paramedics fought to save him but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

On Monday, Sean Deery, 27, of no fixed address, and a 15-year-old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons, were due to appear at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court.

Family members have paid tribute to Mr Khalili as “very kind” and as someone that “everyone loved”.

Speaking last week, Detective Chief Inspector Jim Eastwood, from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command, said: “It is an unimaginable loss and my thoughts are with them.”
